Terms and privacy
Last updated October 9, 2026. MyRaaga is a product of USTechBridge. These terms and this privacy notice cover myraaga.com and school sites on MyRaaga, such as a school’s own name.myraaga.com address.
Terms of use
By creating an account, signing in, registering for an event, or paying through MyRaaga, you agree to these terms. If you are using MyRaaga for a child, you agree on that child’s behalf.
The school and the platform
Your school uses MyRaaga to run classes, rosters, attendance, materials, events, and billing. The school decides who may join, which classes are offered, what tuition is charged, and its own classroom rules. USTechBridge provides the MyRaaga software. A question about a class, a placement, or a tuition charge goes to the school.
Accounts
Give a real name and an email address you can open. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. A parent who adds a learner is responsible for the information entered for that learner. Do not use someone else’s account.
Acceptable use
Use MyRaaga for your school. Do not attempt to break into another household, another school, or the platform. Do not upload material you do not have the right to share. Do not use the service to harass anyone or to send unwanted messages.
Payments
Tuition and event charges shown in MyRaaga are amounts set by the school. Card payments are processed by Stripe. MyRaaga does not store your full card number. Office payments the school records, such as cash, are records kept for the school. Refunds of school charges follow the school’s own policy. Fees the school pays MyRaaga for the software are between the school and USTechBridge, not a charge to a family unless the school’s own price says otherwise.
Classes, materials, and events
Schedules, attendance, announcements, and practice materials are provided by the school and its teachers. Event tickets are sold by the school through MyRaaga. We do not guarantee that a class, teacher, or event will continue.
Changes and ending access
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. A school may close or pause its site. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts other schools or families at risk.
Disclaimer
MyRaaga is provided as available. We work to keep it running, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, USTechBridge is not liable for a school’s teaching, tuition decisions, or lost profits. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Privacy notice
This notice describes what MyRaaga collects, why, and who can see it. The school you join is the organization using that information to teach and to bill. USTechBridge operates the platform that stores it.
Information we collect
- Account details you submit: name, email, phone, and password. Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be read back.
- Household details a parent or the school adds: learner names, relationships, and whether a learner has their own sign-in.
- School activity: class placement, attendance, announcements, and files uploaded as class or practice materials.
- Billing: charges, payments, and receipts. Card details are handled by Stripe. We keep a record of the payment, not the full card number.
- Event registration: names, tickets, and payment status for events the school runs.
- Technical data needed to run the site: sign-in session, and a bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on some forms such as family registration.
How we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, show a family their classes and balance, let the school take attendance and send announcements, process payments the school has enabled, send email about enrollment, lessons, and billing, and keep the service reliable.
Who can see it
Your school’s administrators and the teachers assigned to a class can see the roster and class information they need. A parent sees their own household. A learner with sign-in sees their own classes. We share payment card processing with Stripe when you pay by card. We use an email provider to deliver messages. We use a hosting provider to run the site. We do not sell personal information.
Children
Learner records are created by a parent or by the school. A learner does not need their own account to be on a roster. If a parent or the school turns on learner sign-in, that learner can open their own classes and materials.
How long we keep it
We keep account and billing records while the school uses MyRaaga and for as long as needed for the school’s records, payment history, and legal obligations. When a school closes its site, access for that school ends. Ask the school or write to us if you need a specific record corrected or removed.
Cookies and sign-in
MyRaaga uses a sign-in session so you stay logged in while you use the site. That session is required for the product to work. We do not use it to advertise to you across other websites.
