The Cyber Catalog
Very much the way a printed catalog is but more versatile. You can look and order from our product line in a variety of ways.
- Click on the catalog icon or our company logo or other highlighted text on the opening page to look at the major categories and sub categories such as Hindustani Classical, tamil, films,gazals etc to see the complete list and details of the products.
- If you are looking for something specific we recommend use of the search icon where the product can be searched in a variety of ways like name of title, Name of Artiste, contents of album etc.
- Use the "sale" items and "new" item features in our catalog for updates and special sale.
- Click on the pictures in the opening page and " Vista top Hits" to order special and new blockbuster albums.
Ordering
All our product items have the detailed contents of the album plus the price and an order button to facilitate ordering.
As soon as any item is ordered, it is automatically placed in your " shopping basket" at which time a new "shopping basket " icon is created for your convenience.
Items can be added or removed from the basket while you continue to browse through our cyber store.
When you are ready to check out click on the pay button which takes you to the registration form.
Customer ID
All first time customers fill in the Registration Form and you can assign your own unique user name and password.
The information you have provided is kept in strict confidence.When you enter the user name and password, you can submit the order to us.
If you have changed any items, please press recalculate and click on "order now".
You will be assigned an order number for future reference.
Please note this number. For future orders always login with your username and password.
Payment and Shipping
We accept payment by checks,VISA, or Mastercard. If you are not comfortable ordering online, you can fax
the order to us at 732-549-9765 or call us at 732-494-9155 or 1-800-VISTA-21 in the U.S.
Shipping and handling for any destination within the 48 contiguous states is $5.00 per shipment.
Shipping is free for orders of $100 or more subtotal. Please call us for overseas shipping rates.
All orders within the U.S are shipped by Federal Express for your convenience.
No shipments to P.O Box addresses.
CD's in original packing can be returned within two weeks from the date of purchase for in-store credit.
Opened CD's and returns after two weeks will not be accepted.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY:
- Shipping Costs to countries other than the United States of America would depend on the weight of the package and destination.
- International orders are mailed through the U S Postal Service.
- International orders can be paid for only through Visa or Mastercard.
- International customers must submit their FAX #, apart from other requisite information, for us to fax the charge card receipt.
- All the international charge card receipts should be signed by the customer and faxed back to us at (732) 549-9765. Only after receiving the signed receipt, will we go ahead and ship the order.
- We do not take responsibility for customs duty levied on the merchandise.
- If the order is a gift to friends or relatives living in the U.S, we would still require the customer's signature on the charge card receipt.
- Only after receiving an emailed or faxed acceptance of the above policies will we process the order.
Return Policy
- Items opened cannot be returned.
- No refund will be issued. Replacement or alternate products should be
purchased and the refund merchandise amount will be used towards its payment.
